Delete Your Data
Last updated: August 5, 2026
Gamer 2 Athlete (which also operates the Integr8 Movement and The 33-Day Reset brands) gives you two ways to permanently delete your account and every piece of data we hold about you. Both routes delete the same thing. Neither can be undone.
Option 1: Delete it yourself, instantly
If you have a portal account, this is the fastest route and it takes effect immediately.
- Log in at app.integr8movement.com
- Go to Account Settings
- Scroll to the bottom, to Delete My Account
- Type DELETE to confirm, then press the button
Option 2: Email us
Send a request to bryce@integr8movement.com from the email address on your account, with the subject Data Deletion Request.
We verify that the request came from you, then delete everything and email you a confirmation. We complete these within 30 days, and in practice within a few business days.
Use this route if you never set a password, if you only ever reached us through a Facebook or Instagram lead form, or if you can no longer access your account.
What gets deleted
Everything tied to you, across every system we run:
- Your profile: name, email, phone number, birthday, gender, height and weight
- Health and fitness data: assessments, BOLT scores, RPR sessions, movement screens, body-pain records, medications and lifestyle intake
- Coaching content: programs, program enrollments, goals, habits, diary entries, action items and exercise assignments and logs
- All communications: AI chat history, SMS messages and drafts, and message review records
- Bookings, session credits, testimonials and game-world characters
- Invoices and their line items, plus any promo codes you redeemed
- Any lead record created when you submitted a Facebook or Instagram lead form
What happens to your subscription
If you have an active subscription when you delete your account, we cancel it in Stripe first, then delete your data. You will not be charged again. Deleting your account does not refund payments already made.
What we are required to keep
We retain the minimum that law requires and nothing more:
- Payment records held by Stripe. Stripe keeps transaction records to satisfy tax, accounting and anti-fraud obligations. We delete our copy; theirs is governed by Stripe's privacy policy.
- SMS opt-out records. If you replied STOP, we keep the record that you opted out so we never message you again. Carrier regulations require this. It is not used for anything else.
